Mom was the sweetest woman ever, with love and laughter. The best mother in law anyone could ask for. Hunting season was always a good time, bringing home different animals to show You and Dawn and to hear you tell me that I did a good job to feed my family always made it better. There are too many memories to share, many that will stay with me forever. You gave me the best thing a man could ask for... your daughter Dawn. You raised her to have a big heart like you and compassion for everything. The day you accepted me into your family is one of the days I will cherish for the rest of my life. You treated me like your own son, you made me proud to call you mom, your smile could light up a darkened room. Your laugh... well let's just say, when you laughed, we all laughed. Your knowledge and love for Elvis will always amaze me, you must be his biggest fan. From the bright colored lipstick, to the long dangling earrings, to the outfits of your choice, you were always there to stand out in the world. You will be missed and forever with us in our hearts. We love you mom!

Though, I did not know my grandmother as much as my brother, I still had some great times with her whether she was telling me a story of her past or playing around with me around the house as a little kid. I knew her long enough to know she was an amazing grandma who cared about me. I loved her and she loved me, she was an amazing grandmother in the time I knew her and I'm positive she was always an amazing mother. I could not have asked for a better grandmother.

I could not ask for a more amazing grandmother! All the times I went to her house as a little kid we always walked down to Great Plain School. We always went there to play basketball, tennis, and just for the walk for fun. Every time I was with her it was always a great time and she always knew how to make everyone smile and just lighten the mood of even the worst days. I remember all the great food she cooked for me and what she taught me to cook. Every Christmas we always had her at home and she helped decorate the tree and made Christmas great! She was the nicest person in the world and always was there for everyone. It was always fun joking around with her and she had a great sense of humor. I love you so much Grandma, Thank you For all the great times and amazing memories! <3

Grammy Irene was an amazing grandmother to my children David and Derek. She had a magnetic personality and was one of the most positive and upbeat people I have ever known. Her loving and thoughtful ways will never be forgotten. She will be missed dearly.

Grandma was always smiling and laughing. She knew how to make a cloudy day into a great day with stories and Elvis. Listening to elvis made her so happy and you couldnt help but be happy with her. The infectious smile and love grandma had was incomparible. Some of the greatest memories of her are teaching me to take my artist abilities to the max... many drawings, paintings, tattoos, and comics later she's always in my heart through it all. She was always so talented with the artistic hand dealt, with many ideas of great art in mind she never let it slip away before she would work her magic and make some masterpieces.Thinking of how she would want me to be the best man possible and succeeding with my wife jessica and kids Hunter and Peyton . She was a proud grandma of her family, with every achievement and every new addition, her love and happiness grew. She had a full heart of love from all her family. We will all carry our memories of grandma forever and always. We love you always grandma.

My Mom was the best mother anyone could ever as for. Her memories will live with me for the rest of my life and beyond! She had so much joy to share with the world. Anyone that has come in contact with mom knows what I'm talking about. When she was young she was full of mischief. She used to tell me about her pet rooster Chucky she sure loved that rooster she would tell me how Chucky was like a dog did everything followed her around would wait for her from school. When ever we would find a bird fallen out of his nest my mom would always take care of them. She also told me storys about her pet crows she had as a kid her older brother Diddy would climb trees and take baby crow from nest and they would raise them, some great storys she had. She loved her mom and dad dearly, loved her brother Mickey Dachenhausen, loved her brother Diddy, loved her sister Johanna Whittlesey so much she was the closest to my mom and she loved her sister Ruth Soderston. She loved my brother Dale B Baker so much she had so many memories, she loved my sister Dawn Irene Smith so very much, Dawn was so special to her she was very proud of all of us. we could do no wrong in her eyes. My mom would help all of us with anything to the point she would do without. She always said God will always provide have faith. She would do anything for anyone always put others first. My moms saying KEEP SMILING, she sure did she put a smile on everyones face when she was down, sick in pain she always had a way of making everyone around her smile and laugh, her laugh was contagious she would make everyone laugh, i could tell anyjoke even when it wasnt funny she would be cracking up laughing then everyone would laugh go on and on, she is making me smile right now. My brother and sister were the joy of our moms life, her sister Johanna ther was so much happiness when they were together. My mom was the greatest artest, she had such a passion for art she painted everything portraits, loved drawing her animals, shirts, rocks, walls cabinets she had such and artistic talent, she loved God with all her heart she prayed to Jesus all the time always read her bible.Their will never be another mom like her. I know everyone loves their mom but its the truth. She loved all her cousins all the Dachenhausen's so much lots of memories she shared with us. Mom rest in Peace you will live on forever in all of us thank you fror giveng us all the good times and happiness, you are the the best and always will be.
