Charles N. Horton May 22, 1926 - November 24, 2005 Charles Nelson Horton, 79, of East Pembroke Road, Danbury, devoted husband of Eleanor (Baisley) Horton, died at Laurel Ridge, Ridgefield, on Thursday, November 24th. He was born in Danbury on May 2, 1926, son of the late Chauncey and Hattie (Sherwood) Horton. He was a graduate of Henry Abbott Technical School. Mr. Horton was a lifetime member of the Danbury community. He worked as a purchaser for Western Connecticut State University. His hobbies included model rail roads. In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughter, Alberta Wilcox of Pelam, NH; his stepdaughter, Judy Denault; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his stepson, Donald Hopkins and stepdaughter, Penny Buter I would flood your path with sunshine I would fence you from all ill I would crown you with many blessings If I could by have my will Aye, but human love may err, dear And a power all wise is near So I only pray God Bless you And God keep you from all fear Funeral Information Funeral services will be held privately.
