Obituary of Anna M. Backman

Mrs. Anna M. Backman July 18, 1913 - July 10, 2008 Anna M. Backman Anna (Guzy) Backman, age 94, of Wooster Street, Danbury died peacefully at Falosa Convalescent Home of Danbury on Thursday, July 10th . She was born in Yonkers New York on July 18th 1913, Daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Guzy. Mrs. Backman was predeceased by her loving husband Harry Backman, Her Brother Michael Guzy and sister Doris Repole. She will be sadly missed by her cousin Mark and Wife Anna Pawlak and their daughters Suzanne and Linda as well as several nieces and nephews. Anna's Family and Lorrie Seeley would like to extend their appreciation and gratitude for the loving care that Anna received at Falosa Convalescent Home of Danbury. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be held on Monday July 14th at 10:00am at the Cornell Memorial Home. The Family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home 247 White Street, Danbury, on Monday July 14th between the hours of 9:00am and 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery of Bethel.
