Olga G. (Pacific) DeRubertis, of Meadow Street, Danbury, beloved wife of the late Ralph O. DeRubertis, Sr., died at Danbury Hospital on Friday, February 12th. She was born in Watertown, NY on April 20, 1921, daughter of the late Frank and Ertsia (Martini) Pacific.
Mrs. DeRubertis was a homemaker who lovingly maintained the family home. She loved to play bingo, and enjoyed wintering in Florida. Most importantly, she was happiest when surrounded by her loved ones. Her family was the center of her life.
She will be sadly missed by her son, Ralph DeRubertis, Jr. and his wife, Barbara of Bethel; her two daughters, Valerie DeRubertis of Danbury, and Maria Morabito and her husband, Frank of Jupiter, FL; her six grandchildren, Michele Olam and her husband, Chris, Scott DeRubertis and his wife, Shannon, Michael Bonacci and his wife, Kristen, Ryan DeRubertis, Justin DeRubertis, and Melissa Morabito; and her four great grandchildren, Justine, Olivia, Michaela and Sara. She is also survived by her sister, Sarah Fazio; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her great granddaughter, Renee Olam; and her brothers, Joseph, Rocco, and Attzio Pacific. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am on Wednesday, February 17th at St. Joseph Church in Danbury. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Tuesday between the hours of 4:00 and 8:00pm.
