Harriet Cervera
January 24, 1934 - August 26, 2011 Harriet "Ricki" Cevera
Harriet "Ricki" Cervera, 77, of Danbury, wife of the late Frank R. Cervera, died at her home on Friday, August 26th. She was born in Danbury on January 24, 1934, daughter of the late Childrick and Margaret (Cecilio) Herrick. She was a graduate of Danbury High School, Class of 1951, and received her MA in Library Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
Ricki worked as a media specialist in the Danbury Public School System. She was a parishioner of St. Gregory the Great Church and was a member of the Women of St. Gregory the Great. She enjoyed sewing, scrapbooking, and being with her family.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Kimberly Pascuzzi Winter and her husband, Charles of Danbury; her grandchildren, Louis A and Emma A. Pascuzzi, Austin J. and Charles A. Winter; her former son-in-law, Louis A. Pascuzzi, Sr.; and her cousin Joann Herrick. She is also survived by her extended family, Christian and Frank Dascano, Shirley Sniffin, Angie Walker, and Patricia Jennings.
She was predeceased by her son, Raymond Cervera and her daughter, Lee Margaret Cervera. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 31st at 10:00am at St. Gregory the Great Church. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Tuesday evening between the hours of 4:00 and 7:00pm. Donations Information
