Zita F. Winters August 06, 1924 - November 13, 2012 Zita F. Winters Zita F. Winters, 88, of Brookfield, wife of the late James Winters, died Tuesday, November 13th at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. She was born August 6, 1924 in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Joseph and Edith (Lalli) Bensey. Zita is survived by her two sons, Mike Winters and Richard Reedy both of Brookfield; two granddaughters, Hope and Hollee and three great grandchildren, Olivia, Lucas and Caroline all of whom she loved dearly. She is predeceased by her son, John Reedy. Funeral Information A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Monday, November 19th at St. Joseph Church, 159 Whisconier Rd., Brookfield. Burial will follow St. Peter Cemetery. The family will receive friends between the hours of 2 and 4 PM on Sunday, November 18th at Brookfield Funeral Home, 786 Federal Rd., Brookfield.
