Obituary of Lisa Westphal

Lisa Westphal July 14, 1961 - August 29, 2008 Lisa (Eberhardt) Westphal, age 47, of Danbury, died Friday, August 29, 2008 at Danbury Hospital. Lisa was born July 14, 1961 in Mt. Vernon New York. She was the Wife of the late Holger Westphal and was the daughter of Jack and Carol (Pucci) Eberhardt. Lisa fought a courageous battle with breast cancer for eight years. She supported others who have survived cancer as well. Lisa was a devoted mother, daughter, sister and an Aunt. She is survived by her parents Jack and Carol (Pucci) Eberhardt, Daughter, Alissa Yurt of Fort Mayers Fl. Sisters, Karen Failla of Danbury, CT and Elena Tagini and Husband Frank of St. Thomas, Brother-in-law, Steve Failla of New Milford and four nieces, Kristine, Catherine, Claire and Anne. Funeral Information The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home on Monday, September 1, 2008 between the hours of 1:00pm and 3:00pm.With cremation to follow at the discretion of the family.
