Obituary of Constantin Raut MD

Constantin Raut MD August 01, 1940 - April 15, 2010 Constantin Raut, MD., of Romania, devoted husband of Domnica (Pietreanu) Raut, died at Danbury Hospital on Thursday, April 15th. He was born in Slatina Romania on August 1, 1940, son of the late Emil and Cecilia (Leonida-Ioan) Raut. In addition to his beloved wife, Domnica, he will be sadly missed by his cherished son, Raymond Raut, MD and his wife, Madalina of Redding; his grandson, Eric Jonathan Raut of Redding; his sister, Iulia Simion and her husband, Dumitru; and his nephew, Radu Stefan, all of Romania. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 17th (TODAY) at 10:30am at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury. Burial will follow in Umpawag Cemetery, Redding. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday morning between the hours of 9:30 and 10:30am.
