Obituary of George Popilowski

George Popilowski June 10, 1928 - July 05, 2011 George Popilowski, Sr., 83, of Brookfield, died at his home on Tuesday, July 5th. He was born in New Milford on June 10, 1928, son of the late Adam and Louise (Zakrezewski) Popilowski. Mr. Popilowski was a lifelong member of the area community. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and was an avid gardener. He is survived by his son, George F. Popilowski; and his three daughters, Frances "Frankie" Popilowski, Jane Sabia, and Carrie Sauer; his four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral Information A Memorial will be held at a later date.
