Anthony Perrotta

Anthony "Tony" Perrotta, 87, of Danbury, beloved husband of Mary Rose (LoPinto) Perrotta, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, January 19th, at Danbury Hospital. He was born in Manhattan, NY on July 6, 1923, son of the late Donato "Dan" and Angelina (Verne) Perrotta.
Mr. Perrotta worked as a salesman and Chartered Life Underwriter for MetLife, retiring after 39 years. He made his home in Brooklyn for most of his life and was a member of the Kings Chorus Barber Shop Quartet. He loved to sing and play the piano.
In addition to his cherished wife of 63 years, Mary Rose, he will be sadly missed by his son, Daniel J. Perrotta and his wife, Carol of Danbury; his daughter, Rosanna Crivelli and her husband, Robert of Avon; his four grandchildren, Danielle R. Perrotta and her husband, Corey Wolff, Anthony J. Perrotta, Lisa and Laura Crivelli; and his great granddaughter, Isabella Carolina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 29th at 11:00am at St. Gregory the Great Church. Cremation will take place at the direction of the family.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Friday, January 28th between the hours of 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00pm. Donations Information
