Obituary of Katherine Kurkul

Katherine Kurkul January 12, 1914 - September 28, 2007 Katherine (Drska) Kurkul, 93, of Pinellas Park, Florida, wife of the late Gaston E. Kurkul, died at Bay Front Hospital, St. Petersburg Florida, on Friday, September 28th. She was born in New York City on January 12, 1914, daughter of the late Stephan and Anna (Zak) Drska. Mrs. Kurkul lived in Danbury until 1978. She worked for Amphenol in the purchasing department and was a past member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Nancy Cizmarik and her husband, Albert of Bayside, NY; her two grandsons, Christopher and Andre Cizmarik; and great grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Daniel and Jake. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church on Friday, October 5th at 10:00am with Pastor Allen German officiating. Burial in St. Peter Cemetery will follow. The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Thursday, October 4th between 4-7pm.
