Obituary of Madeline Baumgart Kimmel

Madeline Baumgart Kimmel June 14, 1914 - November 19, 2007 Madeline (Baumgart) Kimmel, 93, of Rocky Road, Brookfield, wife of the late Alfred Kimmel, died peacefully at her home on Monday, November 19th. She was born in New York City on June 14, 1914, daughter of the late Louis and Olga (Meyert) Baumgart. Mrs. Kimmel was a devoted homemaker who lovingly maintained the family home for her husband and children. She will be sadly missed by her son, Richard Kimmel and his wife, Joanne of Danbury; her daughter Patricia Kimmel of Wallingford; and her grandchildren, Brian and Matthew Kimmel of Danbury. She is also survived by her caregiver, Elizabeth Boateng. She was predeceased by her son, Roger Kimmel. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be held at the Brookfield Funeral Home, 786 Federal Road, Brookfield, on Friday, November 23rd at 12:00pm. Burial in Prince of Peace Cemetery will follow. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday morning between 11:00 and 12:00pm.
