Very sorry to hear of David passing. I was always impressed with his wisdom regardless of the topic of conversation. I could talk with him for hours and I learned a lot every time. Not only extremely intelligent and well rounded but he was the tug boat who always put his family first all day every day. And had the strength to tow the load of life to provide his family the best. Dear Annette, Michael, Meghan, Emily and family,
We know there are no words to describe your profound loss, nor words that can comfort you and ease your pain. Bill and I grieve with you for the loss of your beloved David, our very dear and lifelong friend. He was just the best - wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. He worked hard at everything he did and lived his life by example. Our lives are better because he was a part of them. We will love and miss him always. We love all of you and are here for you always...............

Annette, Michael, Meghan and Emily we share in your loss. From time time we first met (Annette and I pregnant with our first child and attending Lamaze classes) we had an immediate bond with your family and became good friends. David was such a smart man with so many talents. He loved taking care of his home and property and was always busy working outside on some project.
Even more so he loved taking care of his wife and family and making sure everything was as perfect as it could be. David's wit and sense of humor was something that we will always remember which brings a smile to our face.
In honor of David I will say one of his classic lines that I stole and used all the time - "bout right". We will miss him very much - may he RIP.
