Obituary of Walter Allen Bryant

New Milford – Mr. Walter Allen Bryant, age 73, of New Milford, passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 22,2023 at Danbury Hospital. He was the life partner of Eileen Wanzyk.

Mr. Bryant was born October 22,1949 in Philadelphia, PA son of the late Walter H. and Beverly (Bates) Bryant. Walter was a man who loved his family. He lived for humor and to see you smile. Telling a good joke was his way of making you feel warm and welcome and a part of his world. Walter devoted his life to those he loved and anyone who knew him – loved him.

In addition to his life partner Eileen, Mr. Bryant is survived by his son: Arthur Bryant and his partner Jessica Sampias of Cromwell and his sisters: Beverly Arciuolo of Laurel, Delaware and Allison B. Cacace and her husband Philip of Brookfield. He was predeceased by his son: Walter L. Bryant.

A celebration of Walter’s Life will be held on Saturday April 15,2023 at 11 a.m. at the Brookfield Funeral Home 786 Federal Road Brookfield. There are no calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
