Obituary of Constance K Tracey

Danbury – Mrs. Constance K. “Connie” (Stavros) Tracey, age 56, of Danbury passed away peacefully on Saturday April 23, 2022 at Danbury Hospital. She was the wife of Robert J. Tracey.

Connie was born August 2, 1965 in Danbury daughter of the late Michael and Vasiliki (Karambatsos) Stavros. She loved spending time with her family and was a member of the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Danbury.

She was a graduate of Vermont College and an avid gardener. A creative soul and chef she could often be found in the kitchen or at the gym cheering on her daughter’s cheer team. Connie is known for having a kind heart, she was always a shoulder to lean on for her loved ones and could always be counted on to brighten your day.

In addition to her husband Robert, Connie is survived by her daughter Reena Tracey of Danbury, her sister Michelle Keenan of Danbury, her nephews Michael and Augustus Keenan of Danbury, her aunts Georgia Karambatsos of Danbury Toula Sotiropoulos of Hollywood, Florida, and Vicki Stavros-Karavitis of Newtown and many dear friends and family.

Connie’s family will receive relatives and friends on Friday April 29, 2022 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Cornell Memorial Home 247 White St. Danbury.  A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday April 30, 2022 at 10 a.m. at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church 30 Clapboard Ridge Road Danbury. Burial will follow at Wooster Cemetery in Danbury.
