Obituary of Tyler Michael Mendonca

Norwalk – Tyler Michael Mendonca, age 28, of Norwalk, passed away Saturday July 24, 2021 in Norwalk.

Tyler was born May 15,1993 in Danbury son of Paul G. and Jamie D. (Ruehl) Mendonca.  Tyler had a smile that could light up a room and wouldn’t hesitate to help out anyone in need.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, hiking and was an avid New York Rangers, Yankees and Jets fan.  Tyler enjoyed taking rides in his car and listening to music of all genres. He was employed as an HVAC Technician at B&D Controlled Air in New Milford.

In addition to his parents: Paul and Jamie Mendonca of Brookfield, Tyler is survived by his brother: Jonathan Mendonca of Brookfield, his Maternal Grandparents: Dennis and Patricia  Ruehl of Murrells Inlet, SC.  Aunts and Uncles Larry & Michele Mendonca, Lance & Elizabeth Mendonca, William & Paula Schott and Jamie & Catherine Morehouse.  In addition, he is survived by many loving cousins and an amazing circle of friends.  Tyler was predeceased by his Paternal Grandparents: Edward and Carol Mendonca.

Tyler’s family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday July 29,2021 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Brookfield Funeral Home 786 Federal Road Brookfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday July 30,2021 at 10 a.m. at St. Marguerite Bourgeoy’s Church in Brookfield. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
