Obituary of Scott Richard Carroll

Scott R. Carroll, 45, of Wallingford, CT husband of Selena (Pontillo) Carroll, died suddenly on Monday, September 4, 2017 at Yale in New Haven, due to a heart attack.  He was born in Manhattan, NY on November 7, 1971, beloved son of George T. Carroll of Cornwallville, NY and Eileen Carroll-Ciullo of Brookfield, CT. 

He was a graduate of Westchester Business Institute and worked as a salesman for Arrow Electronics in Wallingford, CT. 

Scott will be remembered for his charm and outgoing personality.  He had an incredible sense of humor that could fill a room with laughter.  He had a heart of gold and was extremely intelligent.  He was an extraordinarily beautiful man.  Scott was a loyal man who was truly dependable. 

Scott was a devoted father whose proudest accomplishment was his three children who he adored. 

In addition to his father, George and his wife, Joan; his mother, Eileen and her husband, John; and his beloved wife, Selena, he will be sadly missed by his children, Shea, Cian and Quinn; his sisters, Charlette O’Connor and her husband, David, Renee Bento and her husband, John, his twin, Michelle Blackburn and her husband, Matthew, and Danielle Schrull and her husband, Matthew.  He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Kristen, Kelsey, Matthew, Michael, Sofia, Nicole, Alyssa, Steven, Hailey, Oliver and Kassidy. 

The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, CT on Sunday, September 10th between the hours of 1:00 to 5:00pm with a Prayer Service at 4:30pm.
