Kathryn Conolly Igoe, 81, died peacefully in her Brookfield home on Friday, December 24, 2004 surrounded by loving family and devoted caregiver, Yaa Pokuaa.
Kathryn was born in Belle Harbor, New York, on August 10, 1923. She, and Bill the love of her life, lived in Scarsdale, NY most of their married life before moving to Brookfield in 1987 when he retired from dentistry. She has been a widower since her husband Bill of 50 years passed away in 1998.

She actively coordinated a network of friends and supporters in the collection and rehabilitation of hundreds of stuffed animals which were subsequently distributed to needy children. Kay also served on the Board of Directors of Stonyhill Village and she was a parishioner at St. Joseph's Church in Brookfield.
