Frank David Conklin

Frank D. Conklin, 56, formerly of Danbury, husband of Ellen (Rohrs) Conklin, died on Thursday, June 3rd in New Preston. He was born in Danbury on March 26, 1954, son of the late Clarence and Dorothy (Hawley) Conklin. He attended Danbury Schools and worked as a truck driver for Lewis & Sons.
Frank enjoyed fishing, boating, and riding his Harley Davidson.
In addition to his wife, Ellen, he will be sadly missed by his two sons, John D. Conklin of Elizaville, NY, and Luke A. Conklin of Clinton Corners, NY; his two grandchildren, Adam Crick and Elizabeth Conklin; his three brothers, George Benedict, William Conklin and his wife, Ruth, and Richard Conklin and his wife, Christine; his two nephews, Kurt Conklin and John Benedict; his three nieces, Lauren, Wendy, and Christine Conklin, and Sandy Benedict. He is also survived by two stepsons, Paul and Keith.
He was predeceased by his brother, Eugene Conklin. Funeral Information
A Memorial Service will be held at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Thursday, June 17th at 7:00pm. The family will receive friends between 6:00 and 8:00pm.
