Rhea Marie Williams September 04, 1957 - October 19, 2003 Rhea Marie Williams, 46, of Karen Road, Danbury, died on Sunday, October 19th at Yale New Haven Hospital, after a lengthy illness. She was born in Danbury on September 4, 1957, beloved daughter of the late William C. Williams and Patricia (Herzing) Williams. She was a graduate of Danbury High School. Rhea received her vocational training from the American School for the Deaf and worked in food service at Western Connecticut State University Cafeteria for 19 years. She later volunteered for Almost Family in Danbury. She was an active member of a local bowling team. Besides her mother, of Danbury, she will be sadly missed by a sister, Lynn Banocy of Laurens, NY.; a brother, Mark Williams of Ballwin Missouri; as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Funeral Information A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Gregory the Great Church, Danbury, on Wednesday, October 22nd at 10:00am. Cremation and interment in St. Peter Cemetery will take place at the convenience of the family. Donations Information Contributions in the memory of Rhea Williams may be made to the St. Gregory the Great Church Building Fund, 85 Great Plain Road, Danbury, CT. 06811.
