Kathleen C. Olmstead, age 69, of Locust Avenue, Danbury, beloved wife of Aaron H. Olmstead, died at Danbury Hospital on Thursday, August 26th. She was born in Danbury on August 6, 1941, daughter of the late George and Olive (Perry) Caram. She was a graduate of Danbury High School, Class of 1959.
Kathi was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be sadly missed.
In addition to her husband of 18 years, Aaron, she is survived by her stepson, Aaron W. Olmstead of Danbury; her stepdaughters, Debra and Christina Olmstead, both of Danbury, and Deborah Burggraaf of Florida; her three cherished grandchildren, Ryan Saunders, Eden and Robert Morley. She is also survived by her brother, Norman Caram of MA; her son-in-law, Robert Morley, Sr. of AL; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Kathi was predeceased by her daughter, Judi Ann Morley; and her stepdaughter, Sandra VanHouten. Funeral Information
Funeral Services will be held at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Wednesday, September 1st at 11:00am. Burial of cremains will follow in St. Peter Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday morning between the hours of 10:00 and 11:00am.
