Obituary of Barry A. Beote

Barry A. Beote June 30, 1948 - July 22, 2004 Barry A. Beote, of Judd Avenue, Bethel, devoted husband of Janet (Bisaillon) Beote, died at his home, on Thursday, July 22nd. He was born in Danbury on June 30, 1948, son of the Arthur and Constance (Mattson) Beote of Georgetown. He was a graduate of Joel Barlow High School, class of 1966. Mr. Beote was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam Era, guarding the Berlin Wall. He worked as the Stockroom Manager for Norco in Ridgefield for 38 years. He was a member of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church and the V.F.W. in Georgetown and played for the Danbury Industrial Baseball League. In his younger years he was a member of the Volunteer Fire Department in Georgetown. Barry recently attended the 15th Annual Camp Nugent Golf Weekend with his dear friends. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. In addition to his parents and wife of 33 years, Barry is survived by his son, Sean Beote of Bethel; his three daughters, Kimberly Morabito and her husband, Patrick of Brookfield, Lisa Beote of Brookfield and Courtney Beote of Bethel; two grandchildren, Kayla Burton-Morabito and Brooke Morabito. He is also survived by his sister, Bonnie Rivoli and her husband, Alfie of Bethel; as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be held at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Georgetown on Monday, July 26th at 11:00am with Pastor Ned J. McMillen officiating. Cremation and interment will take place at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Sunday, July 25th between the hours of 1 and 3pm.
