Obituary of Josephine Leo

Josephine Leo August 14, 1921 - May 20, 2011 Josephine Leo Josephine Leo, 89, wife of the late Salvatore Leo, Sr., died Friday, May 20th at Pope John Paul Center for Healthcare in Danbury. She was born August 14th, 1921 in Bronx, NY, daughter of the late Andrew and Jenny (Randisi) Sicurella. She worked as a secretary for Caruso Products along side her beloved husband. Josephine is survived by her two sons, Salvatore Leo Jr. and his wife Judy of Sherman and Andrew Leo and his wife Pat of Hawaii and her daughter Anita Leo and her fiancé, Rick Bambace of Danbury; and her daughter-in-law, Rose Marie Leo. Josephine is also survived by her seven grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Frank Leo. Funeral Information A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 25th at 10:00am at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Danbury. Interment in Ferncliff Cemetery will follow. The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Tuesday evening between the hours of 6:00 - 8:00pm.
