Obituary of Esther T. Volpe
Esther T. Volpe, 75, of Brookfield, died peacefully at her sister’s home in Newtown, where she was lovingly cared for, on Monday, March 20th. She was born in Bronx, NY on February 12, 1942, daughter of the late James and Josephine (Pomponio) Volpe.

She will be sadly missed by her brother, Frank Volpe, with whom she made her home; her four sisters, Barbara Machado (Walter Hager), Theresa Hendler, Francine Cuomo, and Josephine Pelletier (Kevin Grogan); her nephews, Fred Cuomo, Jim Cuomo (Melanie), and Ethan Hendler; and her niece, Melissa Martins (Victor).
She was predeceased by her sister, Johanna Volpe.
Funeral Services were held privately with burial in St. Peter Cemetery, Danbury. The Brookfield Funeral Home was entrusted with her care.
